“This project revitalizes the historic Stanton Building in Sara D. Roosevelt Park by integrating it into a contemporary community center, featuring a suspended theater, amphitheater, and multi-use spaces, all wrapped in a sustainable mass timber structure that bridges the past and future of New York’s Lower East Side.”

“Tour de Main is a mixed-use high-performance building bisected by a looped bike ramp designed to help address the housing crisis and urban sprawl through small-site densification. The building facilitates healthy living and active play, supporting and encouraging the shift to sustainable human-powered transportation in the form of bikes.”
