Venue: In 1923, the U.S. Navy established a Naval Training Center (NTC) at Point Loma. The facility was expanded during World War II and remained in service for 70 years. Liberty Station has been revitalized as an arts and culture hub in San Diego. Building 177 is the the newly renovated historic Naval Library at Liberty Station.
